Terms and conditions

These terms govern your use of RightQuoter and your contract with Anton.

Effective 16 August 2026

1. Who we are and acceptance

RightQuoter is provided by Anton ("we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account, buying a subscription or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you use RightQuoter for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

2. The service

RightQuoter helps tradespeople prepare, store, print and share customer quotes. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under your chosen plan. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

3. Accounts and your content

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials confidential and remain responsible for activity under your account. You retain ownership of quote details and other content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content only as needed to provide and protect the service.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use RightQuoter to:

  • break the law, commit fraud, send spam or mislead customers;
  • infringe another person's intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • introduce malware or interfere with the service's security or operation;
  • probe, scrape, reverse engineer, resell or circumvent technical limits except where the law expressly permits it.

5. Intellectual property

We retain ownership of RightQuoter, including its software, documentation, design and branding. No rights are transferred to you other than the limited right to use the service described above.

6. Plans, payments and cancellations

The Free plan includes five saved quotes per calendar month. The Unlimited plan is billed monthly at the price shown at checkout and continues until cancelled. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund mechanics are also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. You may cancel through the billing management facility provided with your subscription. Cancellation stops future renewal; access ordinarily continues until the end of the paid billing period.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue. When access ends, you may lose access to stored content, so you should retain copies of important quotes.

8. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, goodwill or data. Our aggregate liability relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms when the service or law changes. Material changes will be communicated reasonably. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
